Start Your Day The Right Way

Instructions: Wake up. Get dressed. Go outside and walk briskly for 15 minutes minimum.. Do not stop to think about it. Just do it. You can take a cup of coffee or tea with you, no problem.

Well, look at that, you just squeezed in 15 minutes of exercise! And wow, by starting your day this way, you feel so healthy and refreshed. What a concept!
