Time For Change

Changing your eating habits, what you eat, how much you eat....it's not for wimps. It can be hard work to change your years and years of habits and taste buds.

For most people, there are really only a couple of  BIG motivations for changing their eating habits.

#1. Overall Health and Well Being

#2. Weight and body composition control

Maybe that means there's only one BIG reason to make changes in how you eat, because #2, weight and body composition control, are encompassed within #1, overall health and well being. But, for now, I'll keep these two reasons separate.

I'm not going to go into long-winded explanations about these two reasons. All you need to know is, that when you improve your diet by eating healthy amounts (not over-eating) of fresh, whole, unprocessed, real foods, you will, most likely, lose weight, lose body fat, have more energy, improve important blood lipid measurements (glucose, cholesterol, etc.), and just overall feel a whole lot better.

The difficult news, is that, you MUST make changes in your eating habits. Remember the definition of insanity? It's doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. If you want to see changes in your body, you have got to make changes in how you eat!

The good news is, that once you "get" this, you will finally understand why it's imperative that you learn how to eat right, and why eating right will help you reach your goals. Yes, you CAN do it!!!
